恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げる件
私は今まで藍瓶十五瓶で紺屋の職を行っておりましたが、この度
六瓶を増やし、合計二十一瓶で紺屋の職を行いたく存じます。これにより
願い上げます。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い上げます通りに仰せ付けていただけます
ならば、ありがたい仕合せと存じます。以上
