恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申す事
私の娘しげは、縁談も整っており、この夏に堀大和守様の
御城下飯田伝馬町一丁目吉岡屋柿三郎の弟安
弥の妻として差し遣わしたく内談いたしました。つきまして願い上げます。
右の趣旨により 御慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお仰せつけ
くださいますならば、ありがたい仕合いと存じます。以上

御奉行所様
右の願書は北野氏のお取次ぎで差し上げたところ、直ちにお聞き済みとなり、高橋氏より御沙汰があり町代へ申し通しました。
