恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ奉ります件について
私の息子宗八は、今年から五年の期限で内弟子として
雇い入れ、鍛冶職を習わせたく存じます。これにより願い上げ奉ります。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い上げました通りお許し
いただけましたなら、ありがたい幸せと存じ上げます。以上
