山村甚兵衛様ご支配所の木曽宮越宿の木挽七之丞について、
私が請け合いをして御水役を勤めさせ、細工をさせるために滞在させておりましたが、去る十二月

Regarding the carpenter Shichinosuke from Miyakoshi post station in Kiso under the jurisdiction of Lord Yamamura Jinbei,
whom I have guaranteed to serve in water management duties and to perform craftwork while residing here, he returned to his village in the 12th month
