恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申し上げる件
私は今年から菓子商売をいたしたく存じます。ついては
お願い申し上げます。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもってお願い申し上げます通りお仰せつけ
いただけましたなら、ありがたい仕合わせに存じます。以上

右の願書を十七日に御役所において清水氏のお取次ぎで差し上げましたところ、
二十二日にお聞き届けとなり、来る二十五日に山下衆五郎様のお宅へ札を受け取り
に出向くようにとのお達しがあり、町代儀兵衛に呼んで申し渡しておきました。

右の願書を十七日に御役所において清水氏のお取次ぎで差し上げました。
四月二日、来る五日に御普請方役所へ印形を持参して出向くように
とのお達しにつき、町代へ申し渡しました。
