乍恐以口上書奉願上候御事
私儀此度同町儀平次忰熊太郎当年ゟ三年
季ニ而相定内弟子ニ屋根師職為相習申度奉存

私はこの度、同町の儀平次の息子熊太郎を今年から三年
季限りで取り決め、内弟子として屋根師の職を習わせたく存じます。
ついてはお願い申し上げます。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもってお願い申し上げます通りお仰せつけ
いただけましたなら、ありがたい仕合わせに存じます。以上
