困窮につき人馬賃銭割増を左の通り受け取るべき旨を申し渡す

去る巳年三月から当戌年二月まで五ヶ年の間、人馬賃銭合計五割を申し付けておいたところ、なお又当戌年三月から来る卯年二月まで五ヶ年の間、これまで通り五割増し

右の通り公儀から書付が出されたので、町中へ触れ回るべきである。以上

右の通り二通の書付を御役所から遣わされ下され、即座に同役中に見せ、行司を中町に呼んで申し渡した

Due to impoverishment, an increase in men and horses fees should be received as follows, as announced:

From the 3rd month of the previous Year of the Snake until the 2nd month of the current Year of the Dog, for a period of five years, a total of 50% was ordered for men and horses fees. Furthermore, from the 3rd month of the current Year of the Dog until the 2nd month of the coming Year of the Rabbit, for a period of five years, a 50% increase as before [shall continue].
