河原川干の件について
分一方において尋ねたところ、
不適切なこともあり、川目付を
務める身分でありながら、
殺生禁止川の件については理解
していながら、不似合いな取り扱いを
厳しく糾弾しなければ
収まりがつかない。あれこれと格別の
事情を考慮して過料銭を申し付ける。
もっとも三日以内に納めること。

Regarding the above person, on the past 16th day,
townspeople also inquired at the Bunichi-kata
about the matter of the Benzaiten
riverbed drying up.
There were inappropriate matters, and despite
being in the position of river inspector,
although he understood the matter
of the hunting/fishing prohibition river,
his inappropriate handling of the situation
must be severely censured or else
the matter cannot be settled properly. Considering various special
circumstances, a monetary fine is imposed.
It must be paid within three days.
