【右丁】
間もないことであり、特に放置せず厳しく申し付けるべきところを、等閑にしたのは不埒至極につき、町役人共は押込、丁代共には過料銭を申し付ける。
一 宇兵衛の大家共、清水町組合共は、同人がこれまで不束な取扱いをしていることを聞いていたならば、取扱い方もあったはずなのに放置しておいたのは重々不埒至極につき、過料銭を申し付ける。
一 本町両出店組合の者も右同断で、きっと叱り置く。
一 宇兵衛の召使い久作並びにとのについては、同人の不埒なことがあり、それぞれ咎めの筋を申し付けたところ、両人共に関わりがないため、勝手次第でどちらへでも行ってよい。
