【右丁】
殿の件について、同人の不埒なことがあり、それぞれ罰を申し付けたが、両人とも構いがないので勝手次第にどこへでも越すことができる。
【左丁】
右の趣旨を裁許申し渡した以上は、今後ともよく心得て、不審な者がいる場合は役人はもちろん、親類組合もよく申し含めて吟味を遂げ申し出るべきである。放置して外から聞こえてくるようなことがあれば、糺弾の上、厳しい刑罰を申し付ける。結局、役人共が等閑に扱い、年々お上の厄介事が起こり、一向に治まらないことについて、今後は役場で申し合わせ、必ずお上の法度の筋を守るべきである。過料銭三分の内を納めるべきである。
右の趣旨を各々立ち合って申し渡すべきである。以上。

Now that this judgment has been rendered, from now on, everyone should take this to heart. If there are any suspicious persons, not only the officials but also relatives and neighborhood associations should be well informed and conduct thorough investigations before reporting. If matters are neglected and come to attention from outside sources, after investigation, severe punishments will be imposed. Ultimately, because the officials have been negligent and troublesome matters for the authorities occur year after year without any improvement, from now on the officials should coordinate at the office and strictly observe the prohibitions of the authorities. A fine of up to three bu should be paid.
This judgment should be announced with all parties present. The above.
