今回中山道の蕨宿から浦和宿の区間において、大宮・上尾・桶川・鴻巣・小田原・岩村田・奈良井・藪原・落合・大久手・細久手・伏見・垂井の十五ヶ宿が困窮しているため、人馬賃銭の割増を以下の通り受け取ることができる旨を申し渡す。
