一言之申訳も無之段
申之右体之義ニ候得共
急度於遂吟味ハ厳科
にも可至品有之処
格別之用捨を加左ニ
咎筋申渡
一先役久左衛門義壱人之
不心得より丁内彼是ニ至
其上太切之宗判及故障
候之段其身之所為ゟ
御厄介筋引出不軽儀
此上之厳科ニおよふ
へき所格別之用捨を
加へ永入窂可申付処猶又
以御慈悲窂舎差免
役場立合差留過料銭

There is not even a word of excuse that can be offered.
Although this is such a matter as stated above,
upon strict investigation, there are matters
that could warrant severe punishment.
However, showing special leniency, the following
punishments are hereby announced:
1. Regarding former official Kyūzaemon, due to one person's
misconduct, various town matters were affected,
and moreover, important religious seals were obstructed.
This conduct on his part
has caused troublesome matters for the authorities, which is no light matter.
Although this should warrant
further severe punishment,
showing special leniency,
instead of ordering permanent imprisonment,
by further mercy, prison is waived,
and he is ordered to be barred from participating in official duties
and to pay a fine.
