宗門人別帳の判が支障となり、その上町内の多くの者に咎めを申し付ける事態にまで至った件は軽くない事柄である。しかしながら申し訳が立つので、押込（謹慎）を免除し、一同を厳しく叱責しておく。
一、町代市左衛門・伊左衛門について、この度の始末で特に問題となる筋は聞かれないとはいえ、町内の取り締まりが行き届かず、その上役所の宗門改めに支障をきたしたことは軽くない事態である。本来であれば押込を申し付けるべきところ、寛大な処置により過料銭を申し付ける。
右の趣旨で裁許を下すので、今後は御法度の条項を守り、不行き届きな事がないよう、各々心を改め、町内一同
