してはならない。もし腰札がない者から
薬を調合した場合は、順次聞きつけ次第
厳しく申し付けるであろう。札については志
賀造酒右衛門、吉田太左衛門の月番
毎において渡すことになっているので、
他所の売薬師らが来た場合は
村役人は言うまでもなく、一同からも
この腰札について願い出るよう知らせ
るべきである。
この趣旨を町中へ触れ知らせるべし。以上

料・私領・寺社領・在町で勧化を行う

Since the various halls mentioned above are severely damaged, to assist
with repairs, fundraising is permitted for five years in the above
five provinces as well as samurai residences, temples and shrines, and country towns
within the shogunal territory. Monk officials carrying
fundraising certificates with joint seals from the temple and shrine magistrates
will conduct fundraising from the 8th month of this year of the Boar
until the 7th month of the coming year of the Dragon in shogunal lands,
private domains, temple and shrine territories, and country towns.
