【右丁】
後世においてものを行わない酒造の件について、追って沙汰に及ぶ意味はないという趣旨を、一昨年の酉年十二月に触れ出したところ、もはやその必要はなく、一昨年酉年以前の通り勝手次第とすべきである。
右の趣旨を御料・私領・寺社領ともに漏れのないよう触れ知らせるものである。
三月
右の趣旨について公儀より御書付が出されたので、町中へ触れ出すべきである。以上
六月
亥六月十二日
一、右の御書付の通り、御役所においても相渡しされ、下され候につき、帰りの行司、下も町、鉾持町の町代を呼び、相渡し、町中へ触れ出すよう申し渡した。

Regarding the matter of sake brewing by those who do not engage in proper practices in later generations, we previously issued a notice in the 12th month of the year of the Rooster stating that there would be no need to pursue further deliberation on this matter. Since this is no longer necessary, sake brewing shall be conducted at one's own discretion as it was before the year of the Rooster.
This directive shall be announced without omission to all domains including government lands (goryō), private domains, and temple/shrine lands.
3rd month
The above directive has been issued by the government, so it shall be announced throughout the town. End.
6th month
12th day of the 6th month, Year of the Boar
1. In accordance with the above government notice, this was also distributed at the government office. Upon receiving this, the returning magistrates, Shimo-machi, and the town representatives of Hokomi-chō were summoned and instructed to announce this throughout their respective towns.
