諸士江対し不敬之儀有
之之趣聞候右は先規より
申渡置村役場ニ而も精々
及沙汰銘々承知之中不
埒之義も有之
上を不敬段難得其意候
畢竟格別之宥免を以て
一両度之不届は用捨を加へ
候義も有之処却而当り
まへ等と心得候向も有之不
束至極之ニ候既去ル戌年
巡村之砌も直ニ申付置
通諸士は勿論都而帯刀
致候もの一乗打不法之義
決而致間敷由申含処不
礼之儀とも有之旨心得違

在町の者どもが御家中の
諸士に対し不敬の行為があった
趣を聞いている。右については先例より
申し渡してあり、村役場においても十分に
沙汰に及び、銘々承知しているはずなのに、不埒な
行為もある。
上を不敬にする段、その意を得難い。
結局、格別の寛大な処置により
一度や二度の不届きについては大目に見ることも
あったところ、かえってそれが
当然のことと心得る者もおり、不束
極まりない。既に去る戌年の
巡村の折にも直ちに申し付けたように、
諸士はもちろんのこと、すべて帯刀
している者に対して、少しでも不法なことは
決してしてはならない旨申し含めたところ、不
礼な行為があった趣は心得違い
のことである。今後右様なことが
あった場合には、その者を差し止めて

It has been reported that townspeople
have committed acts of disrespect
toward retainers of the domain. Regarding this matter, orders have been
issued according to precedent, and the village office has thoroughly
spread the word, with each person supposed to understand, yet improper
conduct still occurs.
The disrespectful behavior toward superiors is incomprehensible.
After all, through particularly lenient measures,
misconduct once or twice has sometimes been
overlooked, but instead some people
consider this natural, which is extremely
