この度東海道酒匂川の川越し
人足賃の割増銭について左の通り
受け取るよう申し渡す

五ヶ年の間、川越人足賃銭について 東海道
三割増を申し付けてあったが、当 酒匂川
また来る子年から来る辰年まで
五ヶ年の間、足代まで同様に三割
増とする
右の割増銭について申し渡した旨
その意を得られたい

Regarding the additional fees for porters crossing
the Sakawa River on the Tōkaidō, receive payment
as follows:
From the past Sheep year to the current Boar year,
for five years, porter fees for river crossing on the Tōkaidō
have been increased by 30%. From the coming Sakawa River
Rat year to the coming Dragon year,
for five years, up to foot charges shall likewise be increased by 30%.
You are expected to understand that
the above additional fees have been ordered.
