9th month of the current Rat year, for a total of five years, Oshu Highway
packhorse fees in total Shirasawa post station
were ordered to be increased by 4.5 bu (45%).
Furthermore, from the 10th month of the current Rat year
to the 4th month of the coming Snake year, for five years,
the same 4.5 bu increase as before
