此度東海道大磯袋井
両宿困窮ニ付人馬賃銭
割増左之通可請取旨

当酉九月迄中 大磯宿
五ヶ年之間人馬賃
銭都合五割増申付 袋井宿
置処猶又当酉十月ゟ
来ル寅九月迄中五ヶ
年之間是迄之通五割増

この度東海道大磯宿・袋井宿両宿が困窮につき、人馬賃銭の割増を左の通り受け取るよう申し渡す

当酉年九月まで中 大磯宿
五ヶ年の間、人馬賃
銭都合五割増を申し付け 袋井宿
置いたところ、なお又当酉年十月から
来る寅年九月まで中五ヶ
年の間、これまでの通り五割増
右の割増銭を申し渡すので、その意を得られたい

During these five years, porter and horse
