右之通被 仰出候条若右之者見
掛候ハゝ差押可訴出もの也
一華士族卒取掛り候金穀貸借りは

費用を直接半分ずつ負担する時は裁判所において双方の割合でこれを
償わせるべきである。ただし双方の示談が成立した場合は
各自の費用を計算してそれぞれから償却
させるべきである。訴訟入費取り決め方法について
通達したところ、これは来る十一月十五日より施行すべきである。
この件について通達する。
