諸々の営業運上・冥加の類で、旧県時代は当人より直接納入
あるいは営業の品々について世話役等を任命し、その
者どもより納入してきた分もありましたが、すべて今
年より改正して、年貢割賦触れの中に
組み入れて上納することについて布達に及ぶので、営業人どもより村役
場へ差し出し、戸長より上納すること。なお皆済帳と
称してすべて上納品を記載した受取証書は
