現代語訳
一、御宿治郎左衛門については、上下の礼装で芦沢まで参上するよう仰せ渡された。添役の者一人が富屋の亭主分を務めるよう御沙汰があった。
一、町役人両名は芦沢まで、去る卯年の通りに出向くよう仰せ渡された。
一、御紋付きの台提灯を二口ずつ両御本陣へ差し出すよう仰せ渡された。なお、御役所からも御提灯を出すことになっている。
英語訳
1. Regarding innkeeper Jirōzaemon, he was ordered to proceed to Ashizawa wearing formal court dress (kamishimo). It was decreed that one assistant would serve as the proprietor of Tomiya.
1. Two town officials were ordered to proceed to Ashizawa in the same manner as in the previous Year of the Rabbit.
1. It was ordered that two stand lanterns bearing the official crest be provided to each of the two main inns (honjin). Additionally, lanterns will also be provided by the government office.
