一、当村の御林について御案内申し上げました通り、西は御制札の立っている所から、南は沢溝通り小子々見沢嵐から、岸は芝山境、北は北原境おね道通り、西は御制札立て所まで、御不審の通り御林に紛らわしい場所がございまして、不調法極まりない儀を申し上げ、御尋ね・御不審の通り、極めて迷惑申し上げる所でございます。

Item: Regarding the protected forest (gohayashi) in our village as we have reported to you, from the west at the location where the prohibition sign is posted, from the south through the valley ravine at Kokomi-sawa-arashi, the bank at Shibayama border, north at Kitahara border along the ridge road, and west to the prohibition sign post - as you have questioned, there are areas that are confusingly similar to the protected forest. We have committed extremely improper acts and, regarding your inquiries and suspicions as stated, we are in a position of extreme distress.
