相違無御座候若相違之御案内仕候由後日及御聞
被成候ハヽ御吟味之上何分之曲事ニも被仰付候事
一 前々ゟ被仰付候御林竹薮御高札御法度之趣ハ
不及申上此度御廻り御吟味之上被仰聞候趣承知仕候
近年村役人共え御預ヶ被成被差置候所不吟味ニ而
山守薮守又は村中惣百姓え不申付差置候故麁末ニ
罷成御林苗木等も生もり不申是又御竹薮等も
其通りニ而差置候故薮之内ニも能竹も不生立
等々御不審之通可申上様ニ無御座候自今は
御林竹薮等迄生茂り野たち申様村中惣百姓
ハ不及申男女子共迄堅申付大切ニ相守可申事
一 御林之内え村中之者ハ不及申御領分者参候而

相違ございません。もし相違の御案内をいたしたということが後日お聞きになられましたならば、御吟味の上、どのような罰則でも仰せ付けられることを承知いたしております。
一 前々から仰せ付けられております御林・竹薮の御高札・御法度の趣旨については申し上げるまでもなく、この度の御回り・御吟味の上で仰せ聞かされた趣旨を承知いたしました。近年、村役人共へ御預けになり置かれたところ、不吟味であり、山守・薮守または村中総百姓へ申し付けず差し置いたため、粗末になり、御林の苗木等も生い茂らず、これまた御竹薮等もその通りで差し置いたため、薮の内にも良い竹も生い立たず等々、御不審の通り申し上げようもございません。今後は御林・竹薮等まで生い茂り、荒れ地になりますよう、村中総百姓は申すに及ばず、男女子供まで堅く申し付け、大切に相守り申すべき事
一 御林の内へ村中の者は申すに及ばず、御領分の者が参りまして、松や新木を問わず伐り取るか、または柴刈り・松ごみ・木の葉刈りで参りましたならば、早速参りまして、良い鉈・鎌は申すに及ばず、その者を搦め取り、早々に御訴え申し上げるべきです。もしまた他領の者が参りまして、そのような事をいたしましたならば、持ち道具ばかり取り置き、その者は
