をハ少もあやみ不申其者之名前聞届候而其村之
名主方へ断置可申事
一 御林之内風折たおれ木御座候節ハ早速御注進
可申上候村役人山守たり共内所ニ而猥自由
成義仕《見せ消ち：敷｜間》敷候若又御林之内え参候而不届仕
者見逃聞逃仕候而重而御改候節新キ伐蕪
等御座候而逢御吟味申訳義難立ニハ不及申
村役人共迄何分曲事ニも可被仰付事
一 御竹薮之義村役人共跡年之道不吟味仕其分ニ
差置候故御竹薮之内薮笹又ハ薮木等生茂り
能竹生不申是又御不審之通り可申様も無
御座候来春ニ罷成候ハヽ四方垣ね等堅仕候而
手かいせう仕能竹子出生仕申様可仕候只今迄ハ
守慶寺御薮守ニ而御座候所此度御役御吟味之上
百姓之内ニ而仕候様被仰付則村中吟味之上参使
役仕候者ニ相立申候猶又竹子時分別而大切ニ

については少しも危害を加えず、その者の名前を聞き届けて、その村の名主方へ断りを入れて置くべき事
一 御林の内で風折れ・倒れ木がございました節には、早速御注進申し上げるべきです。村役人・山守であっても内密にみだりに自由な事をしてはなりません。もしまた御林の内へ参りまして不届きをした者を見逃し・聞き逃しをして、重ねて御改めの節に新しい伐り株等がございまして御吟味に遭い、申し訳が立ち難いことは申すに及ばず、村役人共まで何らかの罰則でも仰せ付けられる事
一 御竹薮の件につきまして、村役人共が長年の間不吟味をしてその分に差し置いたため、御竹薮の内に薮笹または薮木等が生い茂り、良い竹が生えません。これまた御不審の通り申し上げようもございません。来春になりましたならば、四方に垣根等をしっかりと作りまして、手入れをして良い竹が出生するようにいたします。今まではお守慶寺が御薮守でございましたが、この度御役の御吟味の上、百姓の内でするよう仰せ付けられ、すなわち村中吟味の上、参使役をする者に相成り申しました。なお竹子の時分は別して大切に

Article: When there are wind-broken or fallen trees within the government forest, we shall immediately report this to the authorities. Even village officials and forest guards must not arbitrarily take liberties in private. If they overlook or ignore those who commit misdeeds within the government forest, and during subsequent inspections new cut stumps are found and we face investigation with no viable excuse, it goes without saying that even the village officials will be subject to whatever punishment is decreed.
Article: Regarding the bamboo groves, because the village officials have neglected supervision for many years and left them as they were, bamboo grass and shrubs have grown thick within the government bamboo groves, and good bamboo does not grow. Again, we have no excuse for these matters of concern. When next spring arrives, we will construct sturdy fencing on all four sides and perform maintenance so that good bamboo will sprout and grow. Until now, Shukeiji Temple served as the grove guardian, but following this official investigation, it has been decreed that this should be done by someone from among the farmers.
