自分にむさと不仕随分大切に可仕由畏入存候事
一 いこ入山おなしむき是又五年以前河内屋に御払
木に罷成候以後若木又は苗木等生茂り申筈之
処に村役人不吟味にて山守り又は村中大小之
百姓に不申付候て指置候故麁末に罷成御林
若木苗木等も不生立不審御吟味之通可
申様も無御座候御吟味之上は自今御林若木
苗木等生立候様に山守は不及申村中惣百姓

一 新林之儀先年は当村畑中に御座候に付地主

一、伊古入山も同じ趣旨で、これもまた五年以前に河内屋に御払い木として売り払われて以後、若木または苗木等が生い茂るはずのところ、村役人が吟味を怠り、山守または村中大小の百姓に申し付けないで放置していた故、粗末になってしまい、御林の若木苗木等も育たず、不審な御吟味の通り申し上げる様もございません。御吟味の上は、今後御林の若木苗木等が育つように、山守は申すに及ばず、村中総百姓

Article 1: Regarding the new forest, in previous years it was located within the village farmland, so the landowner petitioned you, and you promptly approved the request, exchanging it for an ancient lord's forest, and graciously allowed the former site to become the landowner's farmland. For this we are so grateful that we cannot adequately express our appreciation. Therefore, regarding the new lord's forest, not only the mountain guards but the entire village shall carefully tend it so that pines and miscellaneous trees may grow thick and flourish.
