相守可申事
右之通此度御廻り御吟味之上被仰聞候趣一々
承知仕候村役人山守薮守ハ不及申ニ村中惣百姓
男女子共迄申付随分大切相守可申候若壱人
ニ而も御林御竹薮御法度之趣不承与申者不届
者御座候ハヽ御吟味之上村役人山守薮守等迄
何分之曲事ニも被仰付候後日ため名主組頭長
百姓山守薮守判形仕差上申所如件

を相守るべき事
右の通り、この度御廻り御吟味の上仰せ聞かされた趣を一々承知いたしました。村役人・山守・薮守は申すに及ばず、村中総百姓男女子供まで申し付け、随分大切に相守るべきです。もし一人でも御林・御竹薮の御法度の趣を承知していないと申す者、不届き者がございましたならば、御吟味の上、村役人・山守・薮守等まで何らかの罰則でも仰せ付けられます。後日のため、名主・組頭・長百姓・山守・薮守が判を押して差し上げる所、件の如し。

As stated above, we have understood each and every point that was conveyed to us following this inspection tour and investigation. Not only the village officials, forest guards, and grove guardians, but all villagers including men, women, and children shall be instructed and shall carefully observe these rules. If even one person claims not to know the prohibitions regarding the government forests and bamboo groves, or if there are any wrongdoers, then following investigation, the village officials, forest guards, grove guardians and others will be subject to whatever punishment is decreed. For future reference, the headman, group leaders, senior farmers, forest guards, and grove guardians affix their seals and submit this document as stated herein.
