段々不吟味仕山守又は村中惣百姓男女子共迄
不申付候而差置候故猥麁末罷成御林之内
苗木等迄生茂不申苗木切蕪等も多御座候而
逢御吟味何共申訳も無御座候迷惑至極奉存候

段々と不注意により、山守または村中総百姓男女子供まで申し付けることなく放置していたため、いい加減で粗末になり、御林の内で苗木等まで生い茂らず、苗木の切り株等も多くございまして、調査を受け何とも申し訳もございません。迷惑至極に存じております。今後は村中総百姓男女子供まできっと申し付けまして、柴刈りは申すに及ばず、下草刈り、木の葉刈りであっても一切入ってはなりません。もし林の内へ参りまして不届きを働く者がございましたならば、見聞きした次第に参りまして、よい鉈や鎌は申すに及ばず、その者を捕らえ置きまして早速御訴え申し上げます。もし見逃し聞き逃しいたしまして新しい切り株等がございまして、再び御改めの節に申し訳が立たない場合には、山守は申すに及ばず村役人も何らかの処罰をお申し付けください。
