不及申其者搦置候而早速御注進可申候
若及見及聞仕候而重而御改之節新敷切蕪大
小之木かきらす御座候而其時申訳於立難ニは
山守ハ不及申村役人共迄何分之曲事ニも可被仰付御座候

一 御林之内風折たおれ木枯木御座候ハヽ是又早々
御訴可申上候山守村役人たり共無御断内所ニ而
自由成義仕間敷事
右之通此度御改御吟味之上被仰付候趣一々承知仕候
村中惣百姓ハ不及申男女子共迄堅申付候而御林
之内え入申間敷候若此度被仰聞候趣ヲ相背村中
不吟味成義御座候ハヽ村役人山守迄何分之曲事ニも
可被仰付候其時少も御恨申上間敷候為後日名主

申すまでもなく、その者を捕らえ置いて早速御注進申し上げます。
もし見聞きしておきながら、重ねて御改めの節に新しい切り株や大小の木の欠損がございまして、その時言い訳が立ち難い場合には、山守は申すまでもなく村役人どもまで何らかの曲事を仰せ付けられることと存じます。恐れ入って存じ上げます。
一、御林の内で風折れ・倒れ木・枯れ木がございましたら、これもまた早々に御訴え申し上げます。山守・村役人であっても無断で内密に勝手なことをしてはなりません。
右の通り、この度の御改め御吟味の上で仰せ付けられました趣を一々承知いたしました。村中の総百姓は申すまでもなく男女子供まで堅く申し付けて、御林の内へ立ち入らせません。もしこの度仰せ聞かされました趣に背き、村中で不注意なことがございましたら、村役人・山守まで何らかの曲事を仰せ付けられましても、その時少しも御恨み申し上げません。後日のため名主・組頭・長百姓・山守が判を押します。よって件の如し。
