一 当村せき林御高札立候段御不審之疑ニ而御座

一、当村の関林の御高札を立てた件について御不審の疑いでございますが、この場所より他に相応しい場所はございません。もしその他にございますよう、あるいはこの場所ではないと申す者がございましたら、御詮議の上何分にも仰せ付けられるでしょう。
一、御林境ならびに法雲寺林境の件については、御案内係が御覧になった所、御水帳には法雲寺とはございませんが、境内一反八畝十五分ほどございますので、これもまた御不審の通り申すべきことかもしれません。

Item: Regarding the matter of erecting the official notice board for our village's Seki Forest, although this may be a matter of suspicion and doubt, there is no other suitable location besides this place. If there should be anyone who claims there are other locations, or that this location is not appropriate, whatever action will be taken upon investigation.
Item: Concerning the boundaries of the lord's forest and Hōun Temple's forest, when the guide inspector examined the area, although there is no mention of Hōun Temple in the water register, there is approximately 1 tan 8 se 15 bu of temple grounds, so this too may be something that should be reported as suspicious.
