一 当村大かちくら与申御林六分ゟすそ道山畑
四反六畝廿四歩之所廿七年以前午年御検地註進【請置ヵ】
其後内林仕立申所慥御座候然は此度御両人
御廻り御改被成候ニ付則其段紛無御座候間此通ハ
内林ニ御座候由申上候所ニ段々御吟味被成所ニ
古■【来？】等も多相見へ申候へは慥ニ其持境も不
相見へ候ニ付重而願等ニ而も御詮義■訳境相定候

一、当村「大かちくら」と申す御林六分よりすそ道山畑四反六畝二十四歩の所、二十七年以前午年の御検地の際に申請いたしました。その後内林に仕立て申した所、確かにございます。然るに、この度御両人様が御廻りになり御改めになられましたので、すぐにその段に紛れはございませんから、この通りは内林でございます旨申し上げました所、段々と御吟味なされました所、古来等も多く相見え申しましたので、確かにその持ち境も見えませんので、重ねて願い等でも御詮議の上、境を定めていただきますよう。

Regarding the lord's forest called "Ōkachikura" in our village: concerning the mountain field of 4 tan, 6 se, and 24 bu from the sixth section to the foot path, we submitted a request during the land survey in the Horse year, twenty-seven years ago. Subsequently, we established this area as private forest, which certainly exists. However, when you both made your inspection rounds and conducted your examination this time, there was immediately no confusion regarding this matter, so we reported that this area constitutes private forest. Upon your thorough investigation, many ancient markers and such were observed, but the precise boundaries of ownership are not clearly visible, so we request that through repeated petitions and your deliberation, the boundaries be properly established.
