懸御目申所相違無御座候若相違御案内仕候由
及御聞被成候ハヽ御詮義之上何分ニも可被仰付候事
一 前々ゟ被仰付候御林御高札御法度之趣ハ無及
申上此度御廻り御吟味之上被仰聞候趣承知仕候
只今迄村役人不吟味仕山守又は村中惣百ニ不申付
常々油断ニ而差置候故御林苗木等も生茂り

一 諏方形村の御林一ヶ所、表木村の御林一ヶ所をご案内いたし、ご覧に入れた場所に相違ございません。もし相違があるご案内をしたということをお聞きになられましたら、ご詮議の上、どのようなことでもお申し付けください。
一 前々から申し付けられております御林の御高札・御法度の趣旨は申し上げるまでもなく、このたびお回りでのご吟味の上でお聞かせくださった趣旨を承知いたしました。今まで村役人が吟味をせず、山守あるいは村中総百姓に申し付けず、常々油断して差し置いておりましたため、御林の苗木等も生い茂り
