一 当村栗羽場新田四か所の御林と共に上坂淵裾通りに手前持分と申し来たといえども境界もなく相見えるため、段々とお尋ねお不審の通り申し上げる様もございません。向後役が定まらない間は御林の分にお改め置きになされた上は、自分持分であっても御林同前に、お断りなく勝手に自由にしてはならない旨を仰せ付けられ、その意を得て存じ奉ります。後日のため、よって件のごとし。

Item: Regarding the four locations of the protected forest (go-rin) in this village's Kurihaba Shinden, together with the upper Sakabuchi slope area - although it has been claimed as private holdings, no clear boundaries can be seen. Therefore, we have no way to respond to the various inquiries and suspicions raised. Until future roles are determined, since these areas have been designated as protected forest lands, even if they are private holdings, they shall be treated the same as protected forests, and no unauthorized or arbitrary use shall be permitted without official permission. We have received and understood these instructions. For future reference, therefore as stated above.
