一 当村大ちかくらと申御林六分ゟすそ通り
山畑四反六せ廿四歩之所共七ヶ年以前午年御検地
請置其後内林ニ仕立申所慥ニ御座候然ハ此度
御両人御廻り御改被成候ニ付則其段無御座候
間此通ハ内林ニ御座候由申上候所々段々御吟味
被成所ニ古木等も多相見へ申候得ハ慥ニ其埒
境も不相見候ニ付重而願上候而請御詮儀

一、当村の大ちかくらと申す御林の六分より裾通り、山畑四反六畝二十四歩の所とも、七ヶ年以前の午年の御検地で請け置き、その後内林に仕立て申した所が確かにございます。然らばこの度御両人で御回り御改めを成されるにつき、則ちその段ございませんので、この通りは内林にございます由を申し上げた所、段々御吟味を成された所に古木等も多く相見え申しますので、確かにその埒境も相見えませんにつき、重ねて願い上げて請け御詮議

Item: Regarding the lord's forest called Ōchikakura in our village, from the six-tenths section through the foothills area, including mountain fields of 4 tan 6 se 24 bu, this area was registered during the land survey in the Year of the Horse seven years ago, and afterwards we established it as private forest, which is certain. However, since you two gentlemen are now making inspection rounds, and there is no such documentation for this matter, when we reported that this area consists of private forest, upon your detailed investigation, many old trees were observed, and the exact boundaries could not be clearly determined, so we humbly request a renewed investigation and judgment
