差上申一札之事
一 此度御林竹薮為御改御廻り被成則当村御林
三ヶ所御竹薮壱ヶ所御案内仕候而掛御目申通
少も相違御座候若場所違御林境目等相違
之御案内道引仕掛御目候段後日ニ及御聞
被成候ハヽ御詮儀之上何分之曲事ニも
可被仰付之事
一 前々より被仰付候御林竹薮御高札御法

差し上げ申す一札の事
一 この度御林竹藪のお改めのためお廻りになられ、すなわち当村の御林三ヶ所、御竹藪一ヶ所をご案内仕り、お目にかけ申し上げた通り、少しも相違ございません。もし場所違いや御林境目等に相違のご案内道案内を仕り、お目にかけた段が後日にお聞きになられましたならば、ご詮議の上、何分の曲事にも仰せ付けられるべき事

Item: This time, as you made your rounds to inspect the forest groves and bamboo groves, we guided you to exactly three forest locations and one bamboo grove location in our village as shown to your inspection, and there are no discrepancies whatsoever. Should it later come to your attention that we provided incorrect guidance regarding wrong locations, forest boundaries, or other discrepancies during our guidance and inspection, upon investigation, we shall accept whatever punishment you may impose.
