附：少々持高成りとも田地を荒らし、粗末に致さぬよう

We humbly accept and understand the meaning of what has been commanded.
Article 1: Regarding these individuals, their designated lodgings at various destinations are recorded as noted in the marginal notes. Should any fail to return by year's end, the guarantors and five-household groups shall promptly report this. Even for those who return without incident, reports must be submitted to the authorities.
Note: Even for those with small landholdings, they must not let their fields go to waste or treat them carelessly.
