One Regarding the Mitsuminegawa mountain forest that we petitioned for in the 10th month of last year (Rooster year), for a two-year concession from this Dog year through the Boar

year, we are most grateful that permission has been
granted. However, when we were to submit the advance payment for the mountain concession fee this spring
and begin logging operations, there were irregularities with our financial partners in Edo, so we petitioned for an extension until the 7th month of this year.
We are most grateful that this was promptly approved. Furthermore, due to the misconduct of said
financial partners, matters have been repeatedly delayed, and we have no excuse,
humbly begging your pardon. Ultimately, timber prices everywhere have fallen at present
