中沢郷火山村御林
右者此度御願申上御山代金四拾両御請所
被 仰付難有奉存候別紙御条目之通御請
印形仕候上者諸事堅相守可申候幷杣日雇
慥成者致吟味山入可仕候事
一 御山境木念入立置惣而御請所之外一切

度申渡堅相慎可申候万一不届成儀外より
相知候ハヽ御詮儀之上如何様之曲事ニも
可仰付事
右之通今年中ニ者御断申上御山差上可申候

中沢郷火山村御林
右の者、この度御願い申し上げ、御山代金四十両御請所
仰せ付けられ、ありがたく存じ奉り候。別紙御条目の通り御請
印形仕り候上は、諸事堅く相守り申すべく候。並びに杣日雇
確かな者を吟味致し、山入り仕るべく候事
一 御山境木念入り立て置き、総て御請所の外一切

入り申すまじく候旨畏り奉り候。その段杣日雇共へ急度
申し渡し、堅く相慎み申すべく候。万一不届きな儀を外より
相知り候わば、御詮議の上いかようの曲事にも

Nakazawa-go Hizan Village Official Forest
Regarding the above, having petitioned this time for the forest concession fee of forty ryo to be granted,
I am most grateful for this appointment. Having affixed my seal to the separate official regulations,
I shall strictly observe all matters. Moreover, I shall carefully examine reliable woodcutters and day laborers
before allowing them to enter the mountain.
One I shall carefully establish mountain boundary markers, and absolutely no one shall

enter anywhere outside the contracted area, which I humbly acknowledge. I shall
strictly convey this to the woodcutters and day laborers and ensure they exercise strict caution.
Should any misconduct come to light from outside sources, I accept that any punishment
may be imposed following official investigation.
As stated above, I shall notify the authorities and return the mountain within this year.
Therefore, this concession certificate is as stated herein.
