致吟味山入可仕候事
一御領所者勿論他領山続境目ニ入念御領
分之内たりといふ共惣而御請所之外一切入

申渡堅相慎可申候万一不届之儀外ゟ
相知候ハヽ御詮議之上如何様之曲事ニも

但先納并御山代之儀急度相納可申事

上記の事項については諸事堅く相守り申すべきことです。また杣（そま）や日雇いについては確実な者を吟味して山に入らせるべきことです。
一、御領所はもちろんのこと、他領の山に続く境目にも入念に注意し、御領分の内であるといっても、すべて御請所以外には一切立ち入り申してはならない旨を畏れ多く承知いたします。その段については杣や日雇い共にも急度申し渡し、堅く慎むべきことです。万一不届きなことを外から知られることがあれば、御詮議の上でどのような曲事（処罰）にも

仰せ付けられることでしょう。
一、御運上金の件については、御分一御定法の通り御勘定を申し上げるべきことです。
但し、先納並びに御山代の件については急度相納め申すべきことです。
右の通り、御山を来る戌年から亥年まで両年の内、御請負いたします。亥の秋中には急度御断り申し上げ、御山を差し上げ申すべきことです。よって御請負証文は以上の件の通りです。

Regarding the above matters, all affairs shall be strictly observed. Furthermore, concerning woodcutters (soma) and day laborers, only reliable persons shall be examined and allowed to enter the mountains.
One: Needless to say for our domain lands, but even at boundaries continuing to mountains of other domains, careful attention must be paid, and even if it is said to be within our domain territory, absolutely no entry whatsoever shall be made outside of the contracted areas, which we humbly acknowledge. This matter shall be strictly communicated to the woodcutters and day laborers, and they shall exercise strict caution. Should any misconduct become known from outside sources, after official investigation, any manner of punishment may

One: Regarding the tribute money, accounts shall be submitted according to the established percentage and regulations.
However, advance payments and mountain fees shall be promptly paid.
As stated above, we undertake the contract for these mountains for both years from the coming Year of the Dog to the Year of the Boar. During the autumn of the Year of the Boar, we shall promptly submit our resignation and return the mountains. Therefore, this contract document is as stated above.
