中沢郷高見村中山村大曽倉村御林
右此度御願申上御山代金百三拾五両御請所
被 仰付難有奉存候此度百両上納仕候
残る三拾五両来寅年山入之節上納可仕候
別紙御條目之通御請印形仕候上者諸事
堅相守可申候幷杣日用慥成者致吟味山入

一御山境木念入立置惣而御請所之外一切入
申間敷候之旨奉畏候其段杣日雇共江
急度申渡堅相慎可申旨万一不届成義外
より相知候ハヽ御詮儀之上如何様之曲事ニも

右之通当年ゟ山入仕来寅年中ニ御断申上

一札の事
中沢郷高見村中山村大曽倉村の御林
右この度お願い申し上げた御山の代金百三十五両の御請所を
仰せ付けられ、ありがたく存じ奉ります。この度百両を上納いたします。
残る三十五両は来る寅年の山入りの節に上納いたします。
別紙の御条目の通り御請印形をいたしました上は、諸事
堅く相守り申します。並びに杣や日雇いは確かな者を吟味して山入り

いたします事
一 御山境木を念入りに立て置き、総じて御請所以外は一切入り
申すまじき候の旨を畏み奉ります。その段、杣や日雇い共へ
きっと申し渡し、堅く相慎み申すべき旨、万一不届きな義が外
より相知れ候わば、御詮議の上いかようの曲事にも
仰せ付けられるべき事
右の通り当年より山入りいたし、来る寅年中に御断り申し上げ

A Written Pledge
Regarding the domain forest of Takami Village, Nakayama Village, and Osokura Village in Nakazawa District
For the above-mentioned forest for which we petitioned, we have been graciously appointed as the contracted operators for the mountain代金 of 135 ryo, for which we are most grateful. We hereby submit 100 ryo at this time.
The remaining 35 ryo will be submitted when we enter the mountain in the coming Year of the Tiger.
Having affixed our contracted seal according to the separate sheet of regulations, we shall strictly observe all matters.
We shall also carefully examine and select reliable persons as woodcutters and day laborers before entering the mountain.

This we pledge.
One: We shall carefully place boundary markers for the domain mountain, and humbly accept that we shall absolutely not enter anywhere outside our contracted area. We shall strictly convey this point to the woodcutters and day laborers and ensure they exercise strict caution. Should any misconduct come to light from outside sources, we accept that any punishment may be imposed upon us following official investigation.
As stated above, we shall begin mountain operations from this year and submit our final report during the coming Year of the Tiger.
