Regulations
One: Regarding timber downstream transport, raft passage permits at Okubo checkpoint shall be observed according to previous regulations.
One: For woodcutters employed by timber merchants, day laborers, and all persons engaged in mountain work, their religious sect registration shall be examined, and with utmost care, persons of unknown origin or members of criminal groups, and other suspicious persons shall not be employed.
Addendum: Persons resembling courtesans shall strictly not be allowed to remain at the mountain base.
