右之通今度帳面仕立名前改判形

□金年季譲之節町代組頭致印形
置直また永代譲之節は其段相願調印

【右丁】
右の通り、今度帳面を作成し名前を改めて判を押した上は、今後互いに異議申し立てをしてはならない。もし後々になって役職や間数などに違いが生じても、この帳面の通りに用い、以後の異議申し立ては認めない。
もし家屋敷を改築・売買する者があれば、

御条目の通り奥書に印を押して願い出なければならない。なお、□金年季譜の際は町代・組頭が印を押し置き、また永代譜の際はその旨を願い出て調印の上、名前を改めて替えなければならない。町代・組頭の印だけでは永代譜は決して成立しない。

As written above, now that this ledger has been prepared and names have been revised with seals affixed, hereafter no mutual disputes shall be raised. Even if discrepancies arise in the future regarding positions, measurements, etc., this ledger shall be used as written, and no future disputes shall be recognized.
Should anyone renovate or sell house lots,

they must petition with signatures and seals on the endorsement as prescribed in the regulations. Furthermore, during □-kin term records, town representatives and group leaders must affix their seals, and during permanent records, they must petition accordingly and change names after signing. With only the seals of town representatives and group leaders, permanent records shall never be established.
