一、文久三年亥年十月、格別の思し召しをもって御城下の繁栄のため、新規の町並みを御取り立てになり、鉾持村・小原村の分地所を弁財天橋向から御引き上げ地として、地所持主には反別につき、それぞれ代金を御下げ渡しがあり、改めて願い出た者に地所と

木材を下し置かれ、家作を仰せ付けられた。右につきましては、銘々永く所持すべきものであり、自己の勝手をもって、みだりに家屋敷等を売買してはならない。もしやむを得ず質入れまたは永代譲りをしたい時は、その訳を願い出て、吟味の上で承り届けるものとする。
