一、洗馬上伊那郷の札改めが済みました。
御中間は終日
四日
一、御大工中村孫市の札改め御用について
八日より十一日まででもって相済みました。これにより差し
戻し申します。尤も例の通り休日を
仰せ渡されるよう御普請奉行が
申しましたので、口上にて孫市へ申し遣わしました。

一、今日限りにて札改めが済みました。
十二日
一、御大工道具箱の件について、初めの節は
御普請方より遣わし承っておりましたところ、
御中間が急に不在につき、先ず有り合わせの
間、此方で請け取った御中間道具
箱を取りに遣わされ下されたき旨、伊藤
市蔵同役へ相頼みした由です。尤も先の
格例には相成らない段申し聞かせましたので、
御役筋で請け取った御中間
道具箱を御小屋まで取りに遣わし申しました。
札改めが相済み御大工が戻る節は
此方より道具箱を返すのが先例の
由なので、今朝御中間に持たせて
遣わしました。

一、御中間による請取り返し物をいたしました。

- The permit inspections were completed as of today.
12th day
- Regarding the master carpenter's tool box matter: Initially it was arranged to be sent from the construction office, but since no nakama (servant) was immediately available, we temporarily had our office receive the nakama tool box. Ito Ichizo's colleague requested that someone be sent to retrieve it. We explained that this does not establish a precedent, so we sent a nakama from the official department to retrieve the tool box to the work hut. When the permit inspections are completed and the master carpenter returns, it is the established precedent that we return the tool box from our side, so this morning we had a nakama carry it there.

- The nakama handled the retrieval and return of items.
