先達而相触候通り銀壱両二相替候

現代語訳
文字金銀は既に引き替えて通用しているが、
遠国の者はまだ行き渡っていない所もあるように聞いている。
引き替えが戻ったこれもまた来る午年正月からは割合を
正して増図を誠実に相渡すべき者は
先達って触れた通り銀一両に替えるべきである。
それについて当冬に至り急に引き替えを多く申し
込む者が金高の工面に差し支えて引き替えを
相渡すことに手間取ることになる条件により、この節
より引き替えが滞りなく行われるよう領内の家中並びに
町方・在方に触れ知らせるべきである。国より引き替える
金銀を江戸・京・大坂に送ろうと思う者は
手回しが困難な所もあるであろうから、その
領主らより厳重に改めて銀の引き替えをさせ、
滞りなく行き渡るようにすべきである。
巳七月
右の通り向こうにて済ませるべきである。
足軽らが駆け落ちした妻を引き取る節に石打ちをすることは
今後堅く停止する。畢竟子供を棄てる
こともあるであろう節、万一軽輩の家なども
いかがなものかという条件により、末端の者まで油断なく
気を付けて厳重に申し付けるべきである。この際石打ちを
する者の仲間があれば、見かけ次第筋を
通じて訴え出るべきである。そのような節は下目付を
回らせて見届けて改めるよう申し付けて置く
ので、そのように心得て町中へ申し付けるべきである。
右の趣旨を触れ知らせるべきである。以上

一、なおも廉が新村において松木などを盗んだ

Therefore, from this time forward, to ensure smooth exchanges, this should be announced to the domain retainers as well as
townspeople and rural residents. Those who intend to send gold and silver exchanged from their provinces to Edo, Kyoto, and Osaka
may find it difficult to arrange in some places, so
the lords should strictly supervise the silver exchanges
to ensure smooth distribution.

The practice of stone-throwing when foot soldiers retrieve their runaway wives
is henceforth strictly prohibited. After all, there may be occasions when children are abandoned,
and given that even lower-ranking households might be affected,
everyone down to the lowest ranks should be vigilant
and strict orders should be given. If there are any accomplices to stone-throwing
during such incidents, they should be reported through proper channels immediately upon being witnessed. In such cases, lower inspectors will be
sent around to witness and investigate, as has been ordered,
so keep this in mind and give instructions throughout the town.
