　売セ申間敷候衣類諸道具ハ
　勿論酒肴候而も持セ出売候義
　何も可為停止事
一右之面々金銀米銭衣類重々ハ
　不及申酒肴菓子等迄一切受用
　無之筈候間内々二而茂堅音信
　所仕候様知行所の者共へ可被申
　付候若内々二而音信仕旨相聞候
　尓おなじくハ可為曲事候間其旨
　急度可被申付事
一何方見分と仕候共私領方より之
　音物等茂一切受用無之筈候間
　音物者不及申使者飛脚　
　罷出候義も改て可為無用事
一右之面々家来下々迄在々二

　申候様申渡候間得其意商売

一野臺之馳走として新観楽屋等

右者今度御料所辺りえ巡見
被差出候二付く往来候道筋者私領

先達而北頭より領他村々二申触

売らせてはならない。衣類や諸道具はもちろんのこと、酒や肴であっても持ち出して売ることは何であっても停止すること。

一、右の面々に対し、金銀・米銭・衣類は言うまでもなく、酒・肴・菓子等に至るまで一切受け取らない筈であるから、内々であっても堅く贈り物をしないよう知行所の者共へ申し付けること。もし内々で贈り物をした旨が聞こえてくれば、同じく曲事（処罰対象）となるから、その旨をきっと申し付けること。

一、どの方面を見分するとしても、私領方からの贈り物等も一切受け取らない筈であるから、贈り物は言うまでもなく、使者や飛脚を差し向けることも改めて無用とすること。

一、右の面々の家来や下々に至るまで、在々（村々）において同じく衣類・道具等は買わないよう申し渡してあるから、その意を得て商売をしないよう申し付けること。

一、野外での馳走として新たに観楽屋等を建てることは堅く無用とすること。

右は今度御料所辺りへ巡見を差し出すことに付き、往来する道筋は私領の村々をも通ることになるため、書面の条々について先達って北頭より領内他村々に申し触れ、相違ないよう急度申し付けること。以上

右の御書付の通り、己二月十日にお渡しになられ、同十一日に柳町の町代に申し渡した。
