現代語訳
尾張中納言様が御国許において御所労（病気）が治らず、御養生されていたが、先月二十四日に御逝去されたことに付き、
若殿様が定式の御忌服をお受けになることになった。これにより鳴物・曲芸は来る十日まで慎み、火の元は別して念入りに注意すること。普請は御構いなし。
右の趣旨を町中へ触れ渡すこと。もっとも公儀の御中陰に付き先達て触れ置いた通り、諸事慎むよう申し付けること。以上
七月二日
江戸・京・大坂以外の諸国において、当時通用の文字金銀並びに生金銀をその向々へ貨物に入れる者があるよし聞いている。
右のような義は金銀通用の差し障りになることに付き、今後堅く停止のことである。
向後もし金銀を貨物にして取引する者があれば、吟味の上急度申し付ける。
右の通り触れ渡すこと。

右の通り公儀より御書付が出たので、町中へ触れ渡すこと。以上
この度御誕生遊ばされた姫君様を萬寿姫君様と称し奉る。右に付き「満寿」と申す名は差し控え、男女共に改めること。

Due to the passing of Lord Owari Chūnagon on the 24th day of last month, after his illness could not be cured despite medical treatment in his domain,
the Young Lord will observe the customary period of mourning. Therefore, musical performances and entertainments should be refrained from until the 10th day of next month, and special attention should be paid to fire prevention. Construction work is not restricted.

It has been reported that in various provinces outside of Edo, Kyoto, and Osaka, people are including officially minted gold and silver coins as well as raw gold and silver as commodities in their transactions.
Such practices obstruct the proper circulation of gold and silver currency, and are therefore strictly prohibited from now on.
In the future, if anyone is found conducting transactions using gold and silver as commodities, they will be investigated and severely punished.
