On August 2nd, regarding the summons, Group Head Sōshichirō accompanied [the petitioner] and appeared [at the office], where they were informed that the chōdai role was granted exemption.
On July 19th, Kurokōchi Jin'ichirō brought [this document] and was told to submit the retirement petition the following day, the 20th, which was accordingly submitted.
