一於町方銭両替之儀御近頃之改金を以て
相場立様不同無之様町代共申合平町人共え
申談可取扱候事

相場を以致取引候ハゝ在中而已二而買置候筋も
有之間敷哉別紙触書産物取扱之趣意二

荷も有之哉二相聞え候当町改所二おいて急度
相改可申候万一抜荷有之候ハゝ差押可

一、町方における銭両替の件については、御近頃の改金をもって相場を立てる様、不統一がないよう町代共が申し合わせ、平町人共へ申し談じて取り扱うべきこと。
一、米相場の件について、穀屋共が申し談じて不統一なく相場を相立てたい趣旨が聞こえるが、これまで通りの取り扱いに留め置くべきこと。
一、当町の荷物問屋で月番を相立てたい趣旨が聞こえるが、これもまたこれまで通り、月番を相立てることは認められないこと。
一、繭の件について、在中の者共が買い置き等をしている趣旨が

聞こえるが、その年の出来具合によりその品質に応じて相場をもって取引をすれば、在中のみで買い置きをする筋もないのではないか。別紙触書の産物取り扱いの趣旨に相当するので、不正のことがないよう勘弁して取り扱うべきこと。
一、村々より当町へ運び込まれ改めに出される炭の件について、とかく抜け荷もあるように聞こえる。当町の改所において厳重に改めるべきである。万一抜け荷があれば差し押さえて訴え出ること。
