信仰する小さな寺院は、物の多少によらず寄進をすべきである旨、御料所（幕府直轄地）については御代官から、私領については願主の地頭から申し渡すべきである。

Such improper conduct has been reported. Until now, matters regarding the amount of actual silver have been handled quite leniently, but when judgments are not followed and improper arrangements continue to occur—which should not happen—while this is indeed improper conduct, matters up to now will not be subject to official censure.
